RATES & CANCELLATION POLICY

Overnight stays can be booked in advance for a minimum of two nights at $100 per night for two people.

There will be a $15 charge for each additional person per night. (No charge for children 6 and under.)

One week (7 nights) will be $600 plus $50 per each additional person.

Well mannered house pets are welcome at AJ's at no extra charge.

There will be a fee of $25 per horse.

  ****NO CREDIT CARDS****      Personal checks and cash are OK.

We require a 50% deposit for all advance reservations.

If you cancel 21 days or more before your stay your deposit will be refunded in full.

If you cancel 20-14 days before your stay we will refund only half of your deposit.

Less than 14 days notice of cancellation and there will be NO refund of deposit.
